Booking Guarantee
The bank details provided when booking on our website are kept only as a guarantee. Unless requested otherwise, no payment is charged prior to your arrival.
Payment for the stay
Payment for your stay and any extras is settled on-site during Check-in (arrival). Any remaining balance is settled at Check-out.
No-Show Policy
In case of a non-arrival (No-Show), a charge equivalent to the first night will be applied to the guarantee card.
Taxes & Rates
Our rates are displayed including all taxes (VAT included).
The tourist tax is extra: 1.10 € per person, per night, to be paid on-site.
