Booking Guarantee
The bank details entered when booking on our website are kept only as a guarantee. Unless you request otherwise, no payment is charged before arrival.
Payment for the stay
Payment for the stay and any extras is made on-site at Check-in (arrival). Any remaining balance is settled at Check-out (departure).
No-Show Policy
In case of non-arrival (No-Show), a charge equivalent to the first night will be made.
Taxes & Rates
Our rates are displayed including all taxes (VAT included).
The tourist tax is extra: 1.10 € per person per night, to be paid on-site.
